REPORT A PROBLEM

Streetlights
Parish streetlights have a Parish Council label and are marked with a number. When reporting a fault, please include the number (located on the lamp post), the nature of the fault and the address of the residence the streetlight is located outside of.

Play Areas
The Parish Council are responsible for the play areas at Recreation Ground and Lavare Park. These are inspected weekly but please report any defects or vandalism that you may notice to the Clerk’s office or onsite Supervisor.

Road, Pavement and Cycleway Defects
Norfolk County Council Highways are responsible for any defects to the highways, footpaths and cycleways, hedges, trees and verges, traffic lights and road signs.
This includes potholes, drainage, overhanging branches, damaged verges, broken curbs, road markings, traffic lights and winter maintenance.

Fly Tipping
It is an offence to fly-tip.
If you witness an individual fly-tipping please report the incident to South Norfolk and Broadland District Council online via:
www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/council/report-it
Here there is also the option to report lost, damaged or missed bins, damaged street signs, street cleaning (this includes litter and dog bins). Environmental complaints are located within noise/nuisance/pest control section.
Dog Fouling
If you wish to report a problem with persistent dog fouling or report an offender who fails to clear up after their dog please report to South Norfolk and Broadland District Council online via:

Public Litter and Dog Waste Bins
South Norfolk and Broadland District Council provide and regularly empty the litter and dog faeces bins in Old Catton. Please report an overflowing or damaged bin online via:
